The Tour So Far

Entwistle Hosts High Profile Event at Cloud 23
The Hilton name is synonymous with the finer things in life and this month was the selected venue for an amazing HP large format print event held at Cloud 23, the exclusive bar on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Tower on Deansgate, Manchester. The event was hosted by The Entwistle Group and aimed at attracting an audience of architects, engineers and designers in the city to view the latest in large format print technology from HP.

“The event was a huge success’, states Managing Director Roy Gronow, “We had over a hundred people through the door over 4 hours period. The venue was fantastic, the food amazing and the views from the room absolutely stunning with un-restricted panoramic views of the city. We wanted to match the venue to our target audience and it certainly did that, and also delivered in terms of attracting the right businesses.

On display was the entire HP Designjet range – from the Designjet T-610 through to the Z-6100 including the T-1100 mfp printer/scanner/copier. All the plotters print in full colour without compromising quality, speed or accuracy. Special offers were available on the day and include the latest trade-in figures for trading in your old plotter for a brand new HP Designjet.

Tate Modern, Repropoint
"The latest module for bringing our customers closer to the product took place at Tate Modern on London’s Bankside, Wednesday 11th June.

The day was a great success and was attended by more than 100 visitors. Situated in the East Room on the very top of the gallery roof, our exhibition featured the ‘Z’ and ‘T’ series large format machines from Hewlett Packard, the KIP 3000 and 5000 and the Scirroco 1040, the large format laminating machine from Kala. The day was of particular interest to the Photographic and Graphic Arts sectors as well as the Architectural, Engineering and Construction sectors of our marketplace.

This one-time giant fossil fuel power station was converted into one of the most incredible spaces displaying modern and contemporary works of art in the year 2000. The original power station, designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott closed in 1982 and Herzog and De Meuron, a relatively small and then little known Swiss firm, won a competition to design the best re-construction.
