The ColourLink Network was started in 1996 as a National network of digital imaging bureaux across the UK and Ireland. It offers digital communication links for a wide range of print services. There are now thirty two bureaux in the UK, one in Dublin, twenty in France plus one in most of the principal cities in sixteen other countries including the USA, South America and most of the EU.
By the year 2000, ColourLink operations in the UK had reached a combined turnover of £56 million. The Group is investing heavily in equipment to provide the latest, fastest and highest quality output available. This covers digital printing machines from Océ, Kip, Canon and Xerox, plotters from Hewlett-Packard, Epson and Encad, the latest in scanning equipment for both large and small format documents as well as the latest folding, laminating and binding equipment. It all represents a considerable investment to provide a network of bureaux that can output your documents almost anywhere in the world.
Making the latest and most innovative equipment available in this way provides our customers (and there are some 30,000 of them already) with many cost saving opportunities.
We also invest heavily in training in order to be sure that our staff can get the most from the equipment and offer our customers the best technical support and advice. Our aim is to make certain our staff are informed, helpful, enthusiastic and able to offer the best service possible.
For the customer this means:
